First Step
- Install 6,000 bus POS machine
- Supply 1 million cards (more than 1 million passengers ride the bus everyday) in Antananarivo
- Replace 1,000 old buses (total of 3,000 buses in 3 years)
Second Step
- Port to Antananarivo trucks payment system and monitoring ETC
- Trucks tracking from port release until arrival in Antananarivo
- Mandatory weight control enforcement and digitalization of fees payment.
- Automatic trucks’ plates recognition
- Automatic gate
Third Step
- Up to 5 millions cards user nationwide
- Transactions over 2 millions times /day
